Are your sprays safe for pets and kids?
Yes! Our formulas are free from CMRs (Carcinogens, Mutagens, Reproductive toxins), endocrine disruptors, and harmful solvents. They’re crafted with safety in mind — for your family, pets, and home.
Do your products contain phthalates or parabens?
No. All Dos Aromas products are phthalate-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free. We use only clean, non-toxic ingredients.

Can your diffusers or sprays cause headaches?
Our cold-air diffusers and sprays are designed to be gentle. However, some individuals may be sensitive to strong scents or certain ingredients like synthetic musk’s or overly heavy florals. We recommend testing a small area first.
Are the diffusers safe around babies and pregnant women?
While our products are clean and non-toxic, we always recommend consulting with a healthcare provider if you are pregnant or have specific sensitivities.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States, but we’re working on expanding soon!
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items. However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

How do I use the fabric spray?
Shake well before use and spray 6–8 inches away from fabric. Safe on most textiles — test in a small hidden area first. Avoid silk and other delicate materials.
How long does the scent last?
Our fabric and room sprays typically last for hours to days, depending on airflow, fabric type, and usage amount. Diffusers can provide scent continuously for weeks.
Can I refill my Dos Aromas bottles?
Yes! Our bottles are made from recyclable PET and are designed to be refillable. We will be offering refills soon!
I’m sensitive to fragrance — will Dos Aromas give me a headache?
We understand the concern. That’s why Dos Aromas uses cold-air diffusion technology — meaning no heat, no water, and no harsh chemicals. Our formulas are clean and non-toxic, free from common headache triggers like:

Do I need to turn it off at night? Will the diffuser disturb my sleep?
Not at all. Our diffuser uses cold-air diffusion technology, which means no heat, no water, and an ultra-quiet operation — perfect for bedrooms or restful spaces. Plus, thanks to built-in Bluetooth control, you can easily schedule when the diffuser turns on or off right from your phone. Set it to run during the day, shut off at night, or adjust intensity depending on the time of day — your scent, your way.
